About Me

Psychotherapist | CEO & Founder of Focus on Emotions | Author | Speaker

I help children, parents, and professionals build emotional intelligence through deep understanding — not control.

Since beginning my career in 2001, I’ve worked with children and adults to uncover the meaning behind emotions and transform emotional wounds into connection and self-trust. I specialize in Emotion-Focused Therapy, supporting children, teens, adults, and families through anxiety, trauma, social or behavioral challenges, and life transitions.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. My work includes individual and family therapy, workshops, and professional training for schools, universities, and organizations.

As the Founder of Focus on Emotions, I’ve created a comprehensive approach to emotional well-being that includes therapy, group programs, and educational content.

I’m the author of Focus on Emotions: The Kids’ Guide to Themselves — a practical and compassionate guide to help children understand and navigate their feelings.

You can also find me on YouTube and Spotify — where I speak about emotional development, parenting, and healing.

I am passionate about emotions, the brain, and psychology, and I explore the powerful connections between these areas. Whether I’m working with a child, guiding a parent, or teaching professionals, I believe that every emotion has a message — and when we listen, we grow.
